My name is Jochen Bauer, I am from Germany and try to improve my English, so feel free to give me some feedback about this blog. Anyway, I hope all readers will understand the information I want to share.
For the last five years I was studying "Oecotrophologie" at a college here in Germany - most of the courses I took part in were related to nutrition, psychology and computers.
